Property Maintenance Handyman (MR Licence Required) – Full-Time

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Handyman / Machinery Operator to join our growing team.

Working across construction sites and commercial properties throughout Brisbane, you will undertake a variety of property maintenance and handyman tasks, including repairs, upkeep works, site presentation, and general maintenance activities. The role also involves operating company vehicles and equipment, including ride-on sweepers and scrubbers, to support our cleaning and maintenance operations.

Job Summary

Full-time Handyman/Property Maintenance role across Brisbane. Adaptable roster, paid breaks, overtime available.

About the Role

- General handyman duties across commercial properties

- Property repairs and maintenance works

- Basic carpentry, patching, painting, and upkeep tasks

- Coordinating building and property maitenance projects

- Coordinating site inspections and identifying maintenance requirements

- Construction site cleaning and presentation works

- Operating company trucks, ride-on sweepers, scrubbers, and other equipment

- Site clean-ups and upkeep works

- Completing daily pre-start and equipment checks





- Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment

- Working across both new developments and established commercial properties

Essential Requirements

- Previous handyman, property maintenance, construction, cleaning, or related industry experience

- Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively

- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

- Current MR Licence (Medium Rigid) or higher

- White Card

- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented

- Capable of performing the physical requirements of the role, including manual handling and working across construction sites and commercial properties

Preferred but Not Essential

- Experience operating ride-on sweepers, scrubbers, or similar machinery

- Basic carpentry and repair experience

- Painting and patching experience

- Experience maintaining commercial properties

- Forklift Licence (LF)

- Trade qualification, apprenticeship, or relevant industry training
