?[Business Management Specialist]
#Key Responsibilities
1. Australia Defense Business Management
- Develop business roadmaps and business plans for defense programs in Australia
- Identify and manage new business opportunities and potential bids
- Monitor the progress and schedules of key programs
2. Local Execution of Key Programs
- Lead and support proposal and bidding activities
- Analyze and report on program progress, key issues, and risks
- Identify and manage local partners, suppliers, and business stakeholders
- Prepare materials for key meetings in both Korean and English
- Coordinate program activities with headquarters and relevant internal departments
#Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of relevant experience in business/program management or a related field
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, including the ability to prepare business documents in English
#Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Australian defense industry
- Experience in overseas defense business development, bidding, or program management
- Experience working with Australian government agencies and/or defense companies
- Australian citizens or dual citizens (Australia/Korea) preferred
