Ellett Contracting are a construction company specialising in Agriculture Infrastructure. Currently we are seeking a number of labourers to assist with tarping grain stacks across WA for this coming harvest period.

Positions are commencing from October.

The season will run from October until the end of January with further construction work available all year round.

Contract Locations: Moora and Cranbrook

We offer:

- Starting rate general labourer $37/Hr
- Rate based on skills and tickets this rate is available to increase if you are able to be upskilled

- Accommodation and dinner provided
- Average 10-12 hour shifts
- Training provided – no tarping experience necessary
- Regional Location – Moora region and Cranbrook region, Counts toward working holiday requirements

- Do you have the ability to work long hours doing heavy labour work?
- Are you located in Western Australia?
- Can you competently use hand power tools?
- Ability to work night shift?
- Do you have construction experience?




- Do you have a Western Australia Construction Induction Card (white card - online course)

- Basic Rigging
- MR (Medium Ridged Truck) Drivers Licence or higher
- Forklift Ticket
- A trade-based qualification - Carpentry, Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive etc.

TARPING “LEADING HAND” If you have the ability to lead and manage a productive and secure team please advise for further information within the interview.

- Increased Hourly Rate
- Bonus paid on KPI review at end of season

Can you:
- Manage and lead teams of 6-8 people
- Report to Project Manager
- Complete timesheets
- Manage works schedule, productively and safely
- Complete site inspections
- Comply with company and principal policy and procedures
