Join Tassal’s Marine Operations team as a Harvester and play a hands-on role in helping sustainably feed tomorrow.
This is a maximum-term role until March 2027, based across Dover, Okehampton or Strahan. You’ll work in a fast-paced, physical environment with a supportive team to safely harvest and handle salmon to a high standard.

What You’ll Do You’ll support daily harvesting activities while helping keep our people, product and operations protected.
- Harvest salmon safely and efficiently
- Monitor fish flow and equipment
- Complete vessel and equipment cleanup
- Support general maintenance tasks
- Follow safety and operating standards
About You
- Physically ready for active work
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Practical approach to problem solving
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Current driver’s licence preferred
