We are partnering with a growing Australian business at the intersection of energy, power and infrastructure to appoint a Head of Sales & Growth.

It is an opportunity for an experienced commercial leader to build the market, create new opportunities and help shape the future of a growing business as it expands across construction, infrastructure, industrial and major-project customers nationally.

Reporting to the CEO and forming part of the leadership team, you will own the national sales and growth strategy while remaining close to the market. You will personally develop major opportunities, build senior customer relationships and, over time, further develop the team and sales capability required to support the next stage of growth.

You will

- Develop and execute the national sales and growth strategy
- Build a high-quality pipeline across major projects and strategic customers
- Personally open doors and convert significant new business opportunities
- Build senior relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, project owners and key decision-makers
- Develop strategic accounts, partnerships and longer-term customer agreements
- Lead major proposals, pricing and complex commercial negotiations
- Identify current markets, applications and revenue opportunities
- Build and develop the sales team as the business grows
- Manage the CRM, forecasting and pipeline disciplines
- Work closely with technical and operational teams to develop practical solutions to customer challenges
- Help shape the broader commercial direction and market positioning of the business
- Lead a team of 5+

You are likely to have built your career across energy, power generation, infrastructure, equipment hire, industrial services,



electrical solutions or another technical B2B environment. Importantly, you will bring a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You can develop a national growth strategy, but you are equally comfortable picking up the phone, opening a new relationship, walking a project site and personally taking a major opportunity through to close. Ideally, you will bring:
- A strong track record of winning and growing major customers
- Established relationships across construction, infrastructure, resources or industrial markets
- Experience developing new markets rather than simply managing an existing customer base
- Strong commercial capability across pricing, margin, proposals and complex negotiations
- Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
- The ability to understand technical solutions and turn them into compelling commercial outcomes
- The drive and resilience to operate successfully in a growing, entrepreneurial business

Experience across temporary power, power generation, BESS, hybrid power, energy storage, renewables or related technologies would be highly regarded, but it is not essential. We are equally interested in outstanding sales leaders from adjacent sectors who bring the customer relationships, commercial capability and appetite to build. Why consider it?
