High Reach Forklift Operators – Morning Shift

About the Role

As a High Reach Forklift Operator, you will play an important role in supporting day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, and handling of stock while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.

You will be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment where safety, teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate high reach forklifts in accordance with workplace safety procedures
- Load, unload, move, and store pallets and stock efficiently
- Perform high-level pallet put-away and replenishment
- Assist with receiving, dispatch, and general warehouse duties as required
- Conduct routine forklift safety checks before operating equipment
- Maintain accurate stock handling and follow warehouse procedures
- Ensure goods are handled carefully to minimise damage
- Maintain a clean, organised, and protected work environment
- Follow all company policies, WHS requirements, and site procedures
- Work collaboratively with warehouse staff, supervisors, and team members
- Maintain a consistent level of productivity and accuracy throughout the shift

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have
- Minimum 12 months' recent experience operating high reach forklifts
- A current and valid LF Forklift Licence
- Proven experience working within a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
- Excellent forklift operating skills and spatial awareness




- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
- Current and reliable working references
- Reliable transport to and from work
- Full working rights in Australia
