TechitUp is seeking an experienced ICT Delivery Manager (EL1 equivalent) for a Federal Government department.

Role details:

Contract through to 30 June 2027

Up to 2 extension options, not to exceed 12 months

Canberra preferred, with other office locations considered

Hybrid / adaptable working arrangements

Australian Citizenship required

Active NV1 security clearance required

Expected start: 13 October 2026

We are looking for strong experience in:

Managing ICT projects to time, cost, quality and scope

Enterprise Identity and Access Management, security or shared platform capabilities

Leading small Agile delivery teams

Stakeholder management and executive communication

Risk and issue management

Coordinating business, technical,



cyber security and vendor stakeholders

Portfolio, program and project governance

Agile delivery, including SAFe and/or Scrum

Azure DevOps, Microsoft Suite, Miro and ServiceNow

Experience delivering large-scale ICT transformation programs or projects in an Australian Government environment will be highly regarded.
