Horticultural Team Leader | Landscaping | Irrigation

With 25+ years in the industry, All Seasons is an established and growing garden maintenance and landscaping business servicing commercial, strata, retirement and public sites. We’re looking for qualified and experienced professionals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a skilled, supportive team.

HORTICULTURAL TEAM LEADERS

Lead a small maintenance team while working across high-quality commercial and public sites. Duties include garden and lawn maintenance, pruning, planting, pest & disease management, minor irrigation and machinery operation. Certificate III or higher in Horticulture + relevant industry experience required.

LANDSCAPING

Work across garden renovations and landscaping projects including planting, turf, garden construction, edging, retaining, paving, irrigation and site finishing. Certificate III or higher in Landscaping + relevant industry experience required.

IRRIGATION SPECIALISTS

Install, maintain and diagnose irrigation systems across our maintenance and landscaping sites,



including fault finding, repairs, controllers, valves, pumps and sprinklers. Minimum 3 years' practical irrigation experience required. Relevant qualifications highly regarded.
