About the Role

As a member of our hotel team, you will play an important role in ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their stay.

Depending on your experience and interests, opportunities may be available across areas such as:

- Front Office & Guest Services
- Food & Beverage
- Restaurant & Bar
- Housekeeping
- Concierge
- Hotel Operations

Your Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the guest journey.
- Respond to guest enquiries and requests.
- Support the daily operations of your department.
- Maintain high standards of service, presentation and professionalism.
- Work closely with colleagues across the hotel.
- Handle guest concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests.
- Follow hotel policies, procedures and safety standards.

What We're Looking For
