We're seeking a reliable, trustworthy and proactive Housekeeper & Home Support Assistant to help maintain a busy family household.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys more than just cleaning. You'll assist with housekeeping, household organisation, errands, laundry, light food preparation and other general tasks that help keep the home running smoothly.

Initially, there will be more than 8 hours per week available while we work through a backlog of cleaning, organising and household projects. Once established, the role is expected to settle at approximately 8 hours per week.

We're looking for someone with a genuine can-do attitude who enjoys taking initiative, finding solutions and helping wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

- General household cleaning and tidying
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and bathroom cleaning
- Laundry, folding and putting away clothes
- Kitchen cleaning and organisation
- Light food preparation
- Shopping and collection of household supplies
- Running local errands as required
- Pool cleaning and basic outdoor housekeeping tasks
- Assisting with general household organisation and decluttering
- Other household support duties as required

About You To be successful in this role,



you will:
- Have a positive and enthusiastic can-do attitude
- Be reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Have a robust eye for detail and take pride in your work
- Be comfortable working independently
- Have a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Hold, or be willing to obtain, a National Police Check
- Be physically capable of undertaking cleaning and household tasks
- Have good organisational skills and common sense

Highly Regarded The following are not essential but would be viewed favourably:
- Previous housekeeping or domestic cleaning experience
- Experience supporting busy families
- Experience working with children
- A current Working With Children Check
- Basic meal preparation skills

Pay: $27.67 – $40.92 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 – 16.0 per week
