Based in Malaga, we are expanding and seeking a capable HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join our team.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for an experienced HR or recruitment professional who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working in a fast‑paced environment. You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, rostering, and client relationship management. As the business grows, this position offers a clear pathway to full‑time employment.

Key Responsibilities

- Identifying recruitment gaps and workforce requirements across health sector
- End-to-end recruitment, from candidate sourcing through to placement
- Onboarding and offboarding coordination
- Rostering and workforce scheduling to support client requirements
- Client relationship management and service delivery support
- HR administration, performance management, and employee investigations
- Maintaining accurate and compliant employee records and documentation
- Identifying workforce challenges and implementing practical recruitment solutions
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR, recruitment, and workforce processes and systems

What You Bring

- Experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or workforce management
- Strong communication and relationship‑building capability




- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence in handling HR issues and supporting investigations
- Experience with rostering systems (advantageous)
