The Role: We’re looking for a hands-on HR Lead to join our award-winning team as a key generalist leader. Reporting directly to the HR Director , you will lead, coach, and inspire a dedicated team of HR Advisors to build a high-performing, value-add function.

What you’ll be doing

- Coach & Mentor: Act as the go-to person and daily mentor for our internal HR team, lifting their capabilities and helping them manage their stakeholders.
- Partner with Business Leaders:



Work closely with managers to drive performance, accountability, and a great culture.
- Keep Us Compliant: Oversee employee relations, manage complex ER escalations (including Fair Work and award enquiries), and ensure our policies hit the mark.
- Tech & Innovation: Lead the change management for a new HCM platform rollout and use your AI expertise to streamline our HR outcomes.
- Drive Culture: Help us maintain our reputation as an energising, motivating employer of choice.
- What you’ll bring
- Experience: 4+ years in a generalist HR Business Partner role, ready to step up.
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- People Skills: Natural ability to build rapport with both local and remote teams, backed by strong emotional intelligence.
- Mindset: A calm, empathetic, and honest approach, balanced with a sharp eye for detail.
- Adaptability: Comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced environment with a true "can-do" attitude.
