Summercool Heating & Cooling is looking for a skilled, reliable HVAC Technician to join our growing team. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential/commercial clients. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work independently to ensure client comfort and system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Install & Repair: Install new HVAC systems, troubleshoot malfunctions, and perform repairs on various makes and models of equipment.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance (cleaning coils, replacing filters, checking refrigerant levels) to ensure optimal system performance.
- Diagnosis: Use diagnostic tools to identify electrical and mechanical issues.
- Customer Service:
Explain technical issues to customers in a clear manner and recommend solutions to improve energy efficiency.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety policies, manufacturer, and building code regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum [1-3] years of professional HVAC experience.
- Valid driver’s licensed a registered vehicle is required.
- Ability to work in confined spaces, lift heavy equipment, and work in wide-ranging weather conditions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and proficiency with hand tools.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary $45-49 per hour
