About the Role

RAMIS Associates is seeking a skilled and motivated ICT Business Analyst to join our team on a full time basis. The successful candidate will work closely with management, business users and technical stakeholders to analyse business requirements, improve existing processes and support the implementation of effective ICT solutions.

This position requires strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, together with the ability to translate business needs into practical system and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with management, users and stakeholders to identify and analyse business needs and ICT requirements.
- Analyse existing business processes, systems, procedures and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Gather, document and evaluate functional and non-functional business requirements.
- Prepare business requirement specifications, functional specifications, process maps, workflow diagrams and related documentation.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing ICT systems and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical and functional requirements for system development and implementation.
- Liaise between business stakeholders, management, developers and other technical professionals.
- Assist with the design, development, testing, implementation and integration of ICT systems and solutions.
- Evaluate proposed system solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and organisational objectives.
- Develop test plans and participate in system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify system issues, risks and operational impacts and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Support the implementation of new systems, processes and technology solutions.
- Assist with change management activities associated with new or improved ICT systems.




- Prepare system documentation, user procedures, reports and training materials.
- Provide ongoing analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement of business systems and processes.
- Monitor implemented solutions and evaluate whether they achieve the required business outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience The successful candidate should have:
- A relevant qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
- Relevant experience in an ICT Business Analyst, Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and ICT systems.
- Experience in business requirements gathering and documentation.
- Experience analysing business processes and identifying system improvements.
- Ability to prepare functional specifications, process flows and business requirement documents.
- Understanding of system development, testing and implementation processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Robust stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
