The role A federal government agency is looking for an experienced ICT Delivery Manager to lead delivery of a new enterprise Identity and Access Management system, bringing together authentication and authorisation into one consistent, auditable capability across the agency's digital services. You will sit inside a broader technology reform program, working across program management, regulatory and technology delivery teams, and lead a small agile delivery team to get this built and live. Day to day you are planning and sequencing the work, running the agile ceremonies, clearing impediments, and keeping a wide group of technical, business and vendor stakeholders lined up behind the same plan.

You will be working with limited direction, so this suits someone who is comfortable owning a delivery outcome rather than reporting up a chain for every decision.

About you

- 5+ years managing ICT projects to time, cost, quality and scope
- Experience delivering enterprise identity, access management, security or shared platform capability is highly valued




- Confident leading agile ceremonies and building a high performing small team, including coaching
- Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable translating technical detail for executive audiences
- Strong stakeholder management across business, vendor and cross agency groups
- Able to work with limited direction while still delivering to a high standard
- Must hold an active NV1 security clearance and Australian citizenship
