As an Implementation Consultant, the role is responsible for the successful implementation of the Quartex suite of products, as well as the delivery of additional services, consulting, and training to our customers.

Consultant will deliver our services with the highest possible quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. Consultants must be able to understand customers’ detailed requirements and to translate those into functional implementations, consulting, and/or training of Quartex products.

About the opportunity As an Implementation Consultant, you'll guide customers through every stage of their implementation journey, from discovery and solution design through to configuration, training, go-live, and ongoing success.

No two projects are the same. One week you could be facilitating customer workshops, the next configuring solutions, delivering training or collaborating with Product and Customer Success to continuously improve the customer experience.

You'll work across a range of Quartex products, helping customers maximise the value of their technology investment while building trusted, long-term relationships.

What you'll do

- Deliver end-to-end software implementations.
- Configure solutions to meet customer requirements and business processes.
- Facilitate engaging workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance activities.
- Support customers through onboarding, testing and go-live.
- Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams.




- Share customer insights to help shape future product improvements.
- Coordinate implementation activities to ensure successful project delivery.

About you You'll thrive in this role if you're naturally curious, organised and enjoy helping customers solve problems.

You'll also bring:

- Experience in software implementation, onboarding, consulting or customer success.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence facilitating workshops remotely and in person.
- Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills.
- Experience in mining, including land access, tenement or heritage management, GIS (spatial data handling) or resource/reserve reporting, is highly regarded.
- Exposure to SQL or enterprise SaaS platforms is advantageous.
- Exposure to Microsoft Excel for data preparation and validation — lookups, pivot tables, conditional formulas and charting desirable.
- Qualifications in WHS, Compliance, Logistics, Project Management or Training & Assessment are desirable.
