Shimmer Glass and Pressure Cleaning is one of Sydney’s leading commercial window and pressure cleaning companies. Over the past 15 years, we have grown from a team of 2 to over 15 people, building a strong reputation for quality service and a supportive team culture. We proudly service some of Australia’s leading brands, including Mercedes, Westfields, McDonalds, Anglicare, and the University of New South Wales.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for reliable, hardworking people who take pride in their work, enjoy being active, and want to build a long-term career with a stable and well-supported company. We have a solid flow of work across a mix of commercial and residential sites and are looking for people who are ready to join a professional team and grow with us.

We offer consistent full-time work, with around 40 hours per week, supported by a highly organised head office team. Full training, professional equipment, uniforms, and ongoing support are provided to help our each technician succeed in their roles.

- Perform professional window cleaning using squeegee techniques
- Carry out ground-level and accessible window cleaning across commercial and residential sites
- Assist with water-fed pole and pressure cleaning services where required
- Follow safety procedures and complete work to high-quality standards
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients onsite
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete jobs efficiently

Qualifications

- Window cleaning experience with valuable squeegee skills essential
- Water-fed pole or pressure cleaning experience PREFERRED but not essential
- Must hold an OH&S; White Card (easy 1-day course to get)
- Energetic and fit, with good stamina and interested in making a long-term commitment
- Trustworthy, reliable, well presented, and an effective communicator
- Available to work some weekends as required
- Salary commensurate with experience - attitude and commitment are very important
