Ethos are currently recruiting for an Investment Banking Analyst to join a leading boutique advisory firm based in Sydney CBD. The role will cover end to end buy and sell side mandates.

Responsibilities

- End to end management of both buy and sell side mandates with a focus on commerce and industry
- Developing and reviewing financial models, conducting research and analyzing data to assist senior team members to advise clients
- Work with VPs and Associates in development of pitch books and related client materials
- Analytical, due diligence and transactional support on transactions and business development

Requirements

- Hands on Mergers & Acquisitions experience
- Excellent commercial acumen and financial analysis skills
- Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting, Finance or Law, with CA/CFA qualifications
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills at a senior level
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including in-depth experience in presenting to various internal and external stakeholders.
