The IT team keeps Hudson Homes' systems and technology running smoothly across the business, supporting staff productivity and the accuracy of the data that underpins day-to-day operations.
About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced IT Support Officer to join our team on a salary range of $75,000 to $95,000 (excluding superannuation). Key duties will include:
- Providing Level 1/2 technical support covering hardware and software, via phone, email and in person
- Supporting servers, desktops, mobile devices, software and network administration
- Setting up and maintaining user accounts, shared data access and security permissions
- Generating, tracking and closing support tickets for facilities, server, application, technical and network support
- Installing and configuring operating system software, applications and upgrades, and rolling out recent software systems
- Supporting the maintenance and enhancement of the customer relationship management (CRM) system and associated tools and templates
- Liaising with third-party IT service providers or vendors as directed
- Conducting data analysis, including using SQL and Excel, and producing reporting to identify insights
- Assisting with the research, testing and deployment of new technologies
- Developing IT documentation, under the direction of the IT Manager, to support policies and operational processes
