About the Role

We're looking for enthusiastic and physically capable individuals to join our team for the set-up and pack-down of our retail outlet at the Royal Melbourne Show 2026.

Your responsibilities will include

- Unloading stock and equipment
- Erecting display structures and fixtures
- Arranging furniture and shelving
- Organising and displaying merchandise
- Assisting with general event set-up and pack-down duties

This role is ideal for people who regularly participate in sports, fitness activities, or manual work and are comfortable performing physically demanding tasks.

Job Details

Location: Melbourne Showground, Ascot Vale

Set-Up Dates: 19th – 22nd September 2026

Pack-Down Date: 4th October 2026 from 6:00 pm

Duration: 3–8 hours per day

Requirements

- Must be available on Saturday, 19th September 2026 (the key set-up day)
- Robust physical fitness – ideal for athletes, gym-goers, or individuals experienced in manual labour
- Fluent English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable climbing a ladder
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team




- Availability for scheduled set-up days and pack-down

Suitable candidates may also be offered additional shifts during event operations.
