What We’d Love You to Bring
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Some experience or exposure to accounts, administration or bookkeeping
- A genuine interest in developing your accounting skills
- Good attention to detail and a head for numbers
- Confidence using computers and Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle different tasks
- A positive, willing-to-learn attitude
Must-haves:
- A friendly and professional manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence answering phones and dealing with customers
- A reliable and organised approach to your work
- A current driver’s licence and reliable car
A Day in the Life
- Assisting with day-to-day accounts and administration
- Processing invoices, payments and other basic accounting tasks
- Assisting with EFT payments and account reconciliations
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Providing early morning and lunchtime relief reception support – answering calls and welcoming customers
- Assisting with general office administration
- Supporting the wider team and learning new skills along the way
