We require a vibrant and talented teacher for our Junior School, teaching Pre-Kindergarten. This is a permanent part-time position, working 2-days a week and will commence on 1 January 2027.

The Junior School at Wesley College is co-educational and operates from Pre-Kindergarten through to Year 4. A balanced curriculum is implemented including an explicit approach to teaching literacy and numeracy skills combined with a focus on Inquiry learning which incorporates critical thinking skills. The Junior School is a relationship focussed, student centred learning sub-school, which operates within a Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12 framework.

The successful applicant will have an excellent knowledge of current thinking and practice in Early Years pedagogy and will aspire to deliver exceptional services to our students and families.





Our ideal candidate will be a qualified Early Childhood teacher, as well as:

- Be a qualified teacher with TRB registration, and be able to teach in WA;
- Be a collaborative and flexible professional;
- Contribute effectively as part of a team;
- Have experience with Inquiry learning;
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the WA Curriculum requirements and expectations;
- Have experience working with students with diverse abilities and needs; and
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in interactions with colleagues, parents and students.
