What you'll do?

- ​​​Assist with client enquiries and provide professional, high-quality customer service
- Support the team in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships
- Respond to client requests via phone, email and other communication channels
- Assist with coordinating client meetings, follow-ups and administrative processes
- Contribute to ensuring a positive client experience throughout the customer journey
- Support operational and client-related initiatives across the business
- Maintain accurate records and assist with general administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for?

- A motivated, proactive and customer-focused individual




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team workplace
- Professional presentation and a genuine interest in building client relationships
- Previous customer service, administration or client-facing experience is advantageous, but not essential
- Experience using CRM systems or other business software will be highly regarded
