The role The ideal candidate should be currently undertaking a relevant qualification (Degree) that enables them to deliver technical support, provide advice, and train users on the company's IT resources, while also documenting, monitoring, and maintaining computer and IT systems.

Based in our Head Office in Tullamarine and working within our IT team, we are seeking an eager to learn individual to join us! The duties of this position will consist of:

- Logging and resolving IT support requests made to the help desk or via hotline.

- Keeping track of response times and outcomes of IT support request.





- Training of users.

- Maintaining security and confidentiality of systems and data in conjunction with IT Team.

- Deploying and maintaining end user devices and software.

- Documenting IT systems, tasks, procedures and configurations.

- Working with vendors to resolve technical problems with equipment and software.

About you

- Must be undertaking relevant qualification in IT and available to work 3-4 days a week.

- Strong Customer Service focus.

- Ability to work in a small multifunctional team and take on varied IT technologies.

- Be proactive and able to organise, prioritise and manage tasks.

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

- Preferably experienced in IT Helpdesks, Microsoft operating systems, Office Software, SAP systems, rollout of desktops/laptops, user administration.
