The Role

- Assist with the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio.
- Support the Senior Property Manager with maintenance, lease renewals and general tenancy management.
- Coordinate routine and ingoing inspections,



condition reports and follow-ups.
- Assist with tenant and landlord enquiries, maintenance requests and leasing.
- Liaise with tradespeople and complete general Property Management administration.

About You You’re a motivated and organised Junior Property Manager looking for the right environment to develop your skills and progress your career. To be successful, you will have:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in residential Property Management.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a small team and take ownership of your responsibilities.
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
