We are looking for a passionate lawyer, to join our dynamic and friendly team. This is a unique opportunity, with real hands-on experience, across different areas of law, such as, but not limited to:

- Family Law,
- Criminal Law,
- Wills and Estate,
- Dispute Resolution.

About the Role

Hone on your skills and knowledge, to work on real cases, where in this fulfilling role, you will see yourself:

- Communicating directly with clients, from obtaining instructions to providing advice;
- Representing clients at courts and tribunals;
- Negotiating settlements;
- Drafting legal documents, submissions, and correspondences;
- Liasing with barristers, and other parties;
- Performing research tasks, and collating evidence;
- Undertaking general administrative tasks.

About the Candidate

Availability: Be able to work on a full time basis, on-site.

Education/Qualification

- An experienced lawyer or graduate solicitor. We are also open to a paralegal,



who is soon to be admitted;
- Holds a current New South Wales practising certificate, or close to admission;
- Completed a Bachelor of Laws or equivalent.

Experience/Skills

- Reliable and trustworthy;
- Self-driven, able to take initiative, and work autonomously;
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with clients, and build client relationships;
- Highly organised, with great attention to detail and time management skills;
- Track record of handling competing deadlines, in a fast-paced environment;
- Able to collaborate and work effectively with other staff, liaise with barristers, and other parties;
- Good computer and technical skills;
- Keen interest in generalist areas of law, such as: family law, criminal law, wills and estate, dispute resolution;
- Ability to communicate in the Vietnamese language.
