As Amrick continues to grow in sectors such as commercial, industrial, civil and residential, we are looking for a motivated Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
About the Role
As our Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will play an important role in identifying and generating new business opportunities to expand client portfolios, whilst also actively seeking and screening candidates in conjunction with workforce managers. Specific duties include:
- Actively research, source and build leads for current business development.
- Strategic targeting of business prospects via calls, meetings and email campaigns.
- Source candidates through advertising and recruitment databases in line with client requirements.
- Candidate screening, interview scheduling and onboarding successful applicants.
- Maintain real-time data entry across business development and resourcing activities.
- Deliver detailed, qualified lead briefs to Account Managers for seamless client account transitions.

Package:
- Full time with immediate/flexible start available
- $NEGOTIABLE (base salary + commissions) based on experience

The ideal candidate must:
- Possess +1year of experience in customer service, sales or construction.
- Be comfortable making high-volume prospect calls and initiating introductory conversations.
- Have a strong willingness to learn, take feedback on board, and quickly adopt sales and sourcing methodologies.
- Display exceptional organisational skills.
- Demonstrate clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Be highly motivated and exhibit enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential.
