Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is looking for a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our team at Tarneit North. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ECT who enjoys working collaboratively across a service and can bring creativity, organisation and a strong focus on children's learning and wellbeing.

As this is a planning cover position across our Kindergarten rooms, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside different teams, contribute to high-quality programs and make a meaningful impact across our 3–5 year old learning environments.

About the Role

As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will:

- Develop, implement and evaluate engaging, play-based learning programs
- Provide planning and programming support across our Kindergarten rooms
- Complete meaningful observations, assessments and documentation
- Build warm and respectful relationships with children and families
- Support inclusive learning environments that recognise every child's individual needs
- Promote children's learning, development, confidence and wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with educators, teachers and Centre Management
- Support positive approaches to behaviour and classroom management
- Contribute to a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment for children

About You We're looking for a teacher who is passionate, warm, organised and committed to creating meaningful learning experiences for children.

You'll bring





- An approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification
- Current VIT registration
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and children's learning
- Strong planning, programming, documentation and evaluation skills
- The ability to build solid relationships with children and families
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to inclusion, child safety and children's wellbeing
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Reliability, flexibility and the ability to adapt to different rooms and teams
- A positive and collaborative approach to working with educators and management
