Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is seeking two experienced and passionate Fully Registered Kindergarten Teachers to join our exciting new service at Aston Craigieburn, which is opening soon. This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new centre from the very beginning and help establish a high-quality funded Kindergarten program, build strong relationships with families and contribute to a positive centre culture from opening. We are looking for experienced Kindergarten Teachers who have a minimum of 2 years' experience running funded Kindergarten programs and are passionate about delivering exceptional learning outcomes for children.

Please note: These positions are only open to candidates who hold Full VIT Registration. Unfortunately, provisional registration cannot be considered for these roles.

The Opportunity

As our Kindergarten Teacher, you will:

- Lead the delivery of a high-quality funded Kindergarten program
- Plan and implement engaging learning experiences aligned with the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF), EYLF and Aspire's Connect. Learn. Grow. philosophy
- Foster meaningful relationships with children, families and the wider community
- Maintain high standards of curriculum planning, assessment and documentation




- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and Victorian Kindergarten Funding Guidelines
- Mentor and collaborate with educators to deliver exceptional outcomes for children
- Work collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team to establish a positive and thriving centre culture from opening
- Work a full-time rotating roster with availability between 6:00am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Current Full VIT Registration (essential)
- Minimum 2 years' experience running funded Kindergarten programs
- Demonstrated experience leading and delivering a Kindergarten program
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, VEYLDF, National Quality Framework and Victorian Kindergarten Funding requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A cooperative, reflective and passionate teaching approach
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)

Aston Craigieburn Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is an exciting new service opening soon in one of Melbourne's rapidly growing northern growth corridors. The brand-new centre will feature purpose-built learning environments, premium resources and beautiful outdoor play spaces designed to inspire curiosity, creativity and a lifelong love of learning. Joining either team before opening gives you the unique opportunity to help establish the centre's culture, build strong relationships with families from day one and play an integral role in creating an exceptional Kindergarten program within a supportive and collaborative environment.
