We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our cookie production team at T hicc Cookies. This is a hands-on role in a busy bakery, supporting our team with the day-to-day preparation, production, packing and cleaning required to keep everything running smoothly.

This is a full-time position with no weekend work, making it ideal for someone looking for consistent weekday hours in a growing Australian bakery.

Hours

- Monday to Friday
- 7:00am – 3:30pm
- Full-time
- No weekends

Your responsibilities
- Assist with rolling cookie dough and general cookie production
- Assist with packing freshly baked cookies
- Support the bakery team with day-to-day production tasks
- Wash baking trays, bakery boxes, baking trolleys and bakery equipment, and maintain a clean production environment
- Refill ingredients and production supplies throughout the day
- Rotate stock using FIFO procedures
- Support the bakery team with day-to-day production tasks

No previous experience is required. Full training will be provided- we're looking for someone with the right attitude who is eager to learn.

Peak trading periods

As a food manufacturing business, all team members are expected to be available during our busiest seasons:

- Easter
- Winter (June–September)
- Christmas

Location Our bakery is currently located in Silverwater, NSW.

Towards the end of 2026, we'll be relocating to our recent production facility in Chullora, NSW as part of our continued growth. Successful applicants will begin working in Silverwater before transitioning with the team to Chullora, so applicants should be comfortable travelling to both locations

Pay: $53,023.37 – $60,000.00 per year
