Broncos Leagues Club is looking for Kitchen Hands to join our busy kitchen team and help keep our food operations running smoothly.
With multiple food and beverage outlets across the Club, no two shifts are exactly the same. You’ll work alongside our chefs and kitchen team to support the preparation, service and cleanliness of our kitchen outlets.

A role with variety
As a Kitchen Hand, you will play an key role in supporting our chefs and the wider food & beverage team.
Your responsibilities will include
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation and kitchen duties
- Washing dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised kitchen
- Cleaning and sanitising kitchen areas and equipment
- Assisting with receiving, storing and rotating stock
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
- Assisting with kitchen set-up and pack-down
- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures
- Working as part of a team to ensure our members and guests receive great food and service
- Performing other general kitchen duties as required
How you show up
We’re looking for someone who:
- o Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
- o Is reliable, punctual and willing to get stuck in
- o Can work efficiently in a busy hospitality environment
- o Takes pride in cleanliness and presentation
- o Is physically capable of working on their feet and completing manual kitchen duties
- o Has good attention to detail
- o Is willing to learn and take direction from experienced chefs
- o Understands the importance of food safety and hygiene
- o Is flexible and available to work across a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential. We’re happy to train the right person who has the right attitude and work ethic.
