The Mount Lawley Golf Club, ideally located just 10 minutes from the centre of Perth city, is one of Western Australia's premier sporting clubs. It boasts a championship golf course and outstanding member and function facilities.

The Club is currently looking for an experienced kitchen hand who is passionate about food and wants to be a key member of a small but efficient kitchen team. With experience and skill to prepare short-order fresh and toasted sandwiches. This is a casual position and requires flexibility over a seven-day roster.
The successful candidate will report to the Head Chef.
Key responsibilities:
Washing dishes and utensils through an automated machine
Provide kitchen support to all chefs
Clean and moving used plates
Packing plates for breakfast, lunch, or dinner
Keeping work area clean
Able to work in a team
Fast paced environment
Basic cooking may be involved The successful candidate must be versatile to work over a 7-day period including weekends.
