Combining sales, design and customer consultation, you'll guide customers through their kitchen planning journey, providing expert advice and tailored solutions that meet their needs, lifestyle and budget. Using IKEA's kitchen planning tools, you'll create inspiring kitchen solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience from first conversation through to purchase.
Key responsibilities (text) Working at IKEA has its benefits and rewards:
- $31.00 per hour base rate (Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 6:00pm)
- $46.50 per hour Sunday rate (9:00am to 11:00pm), plus above-award pay and applicable penalty rates, including weekends and public holidays

- Rotating roster between 8:30am and 9:30pm on weekdays and weekends
- Availability to work 3 out of every 4 weekends, including both Saturday and Sunday

- October to January is one of IKEA's busiest trading periods. To support our customers during this time, we prefer co-workers not to plan holidays during these months and to maintain availability throughout the peak period.
