Beauty Insiders is looking for a talented and passionate Lash & Brow Artist / Technician to join our growing team.

The role will begin on a part-time basis, with genuine potential to progress into full-time employment. For the right person, increased hours may be available within a short timeframe, depending on technical ability, professionalism, client communication and the ability to build strong client relationships.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, genuinely cares about their clients and wants to continue developing their skills within a professional, education-focused workplace.

About Beauty Insiders

Beauty Insiders is a premium lash and brow studio focused on high-quality treatments, technical excellence and exceptional client care.

You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with Anna Malinowska, award-winning Master Lash Artist and Educator, who can provide ongoing training, mentoring and technical support to help you refine your skills and continue progressing in your career.

The Role

Depending on your experience, services may include:

- Classic, Hybrid and Volume Lash Extensions
- Lash Infills and Removals
- Lash Lifts
- Brow Shaping and Styling
- Brow Tinting
- Brow Lamination
- Client consultations and aftercare
- Maintaining excellent hygiene and treatment standards

You’ll also be responsible for creating a warm, professional experience that encourages clients to return and recommend Beauty Insiders to others.

About You

- Have professional training in lash and/or brow services
- Produce precise, consistent work
- Have strong attention to detail
- Communicate confidently and professionally with clients
- Are reliable, organised and punctual
- Understand the importance of hygiene and treatment safety
- Are open to feedback and continued learning
- Have a genuine passion for the beauty industry

Experience in lash extensions is highly desirable, with brow services, lash lifts and brow lamination also an advantage.

Strong foundations, the right attitude and excellent client communication are highly valued.
