Montgomery Advisory is partnering with a leading top-tier law firm to recruit an Associate to join its market-leading Projects and Development team in Sydney.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work on some of Australia's largest and most complex construction and infrastructure matters, within a cooperative and high-performing team.

The Role

Working within a leading Projects team, you will advise on a broad range of construction, infrastructure and energy matters across both project delivery and disputes, including:

- Advising on construction and infrastructure matters across major projects
- Supporting clients with contractual issues and project-related disputes and dispute resolution processes.
- Assisting with key project documentation and broader advisory work

About You You will be a collaborative and commercially minded lawyer with extensive experience in construction,



infrastructure and major projects.

You will bring

- Experience across front-end and/or back-end construction matters, with broader projects or infrastructure experience also valued
- Strong teamwork, communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated to continue developing your technical expertise within a high-performing practise.
