Our client, a large, Federal Government Organisation responsible for health research, funding, promotion and regulation, require the services of Lead Manager - Strategy and Content. Duties of the Lead Manager - Strategy and Content:

- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide Data, Digital, and ICT strategies aligned with departmental and government priorities;
- Apply human-centered design and evidence-based research to develop strategies reflective of user, workforce, and stakeholder needs;
- Contribute to future-state organisational and ecosystem design, identifying dependencies and opportunities across policy, data, technology and service delivery;
- Translate strategic direction into prioritised transformation initiatives, roadmaps and implementation plans.

Skills required:

- Demonstrated experience leading the design and implementation of enterprise-wide service strategies that align organisational priorities, policy objectives and customer outcomes, translating strategic intent into clear transformation priorities, roadmaps and measurable outcomes;
- Advanced capability in human-centred design, service design and systems thinking, with the ability to synthesise research,



evidence and stakeholder insights to identify systemic issues, future opportunities and end-to-end service improvements across complex environments;
- Proven ability to design future-state services and operating models, connecting customer experience, business processes, workforce, policy, data and technology to deliver sustainable transformation outcomes and organisational capability uplift;
- Experience leading service design, transformation or strategic reform initiatives within government or other large, complex public sector environments, with an understanding of policy development, governance and public service delivery.
