Lead our Nursing Team at Medicare Urgent Care Clinic Booragoon

Are you a Registered Nurse with a passion for Urgent Care and a commitment to providing high-quality care? We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled RN to lead our brand-new Medicare Urgent Care Clinic, in a fantastic location in Booragoon. This role will be part-time or full time.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and guide a dynamic nursing team at a newly renovated clinic, providing short-term, episodic medical care for urgent conditions.

Medicare Urgent Care Clinic Booragoon will be open 7am - 9pm, 7 days per week including Public Holidays

Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Clinical Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support the nursing team to maintain exceptional standards of care.
- Patient Triage & Care: Perform efficient patient triage and deliver high-quality general practice and emergency nursing care.
- Clinic Operations: Maintain treatment room stock, equipment,



and compliance standards to ensure smooth clinical workflow.

Skills and Experience

- Full AHPRA nursing registration
- Experience with a wide range of clinical presentations including acute injuries and non-life-threatening illnesses.
- The role is patient-focused and requires excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- You will be working alongside a multidisciplinary team; we are looking for a team player with the ability to multitask.

Highly Regarded:

- Previous experience in an accredited General Practice
