About the role:

DG Engineering are searching for a Lead Shutdown Services Co-ordinator / Scheduler to join our team! This pivotal role will be responsible for the day-to-day scheduling, coordinating, planning & supporting of the shutdown service team, ensuring a smooth delivery of DG Engineering's services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Planning and coordinating of resources including personnel, tooling and equipment for shutdown services across the Pilbara.
- Assessing employee hours and efficiency and crafting schedules for the execution of projects that meet the business rules set by DG Engineering and our clients.
- Have a customer service focus, being able to manage both internal and external working relationships to ensure our onsite teams are set up for success.
- Liaise with mobilisation officers, estimators and in-field leadership to plan and schedule upcoming major and modular shuts.

Pre-requisites:

- Proven experience in a similar role (Or equivalent).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Current and valid Driver’s Licence (C-Class).
- Permanent resident within Western Australia.
- Must be able to pass a full pre-employment medical including regular drug and alcohol screening.

Desirable:

- Previous exposure with a shutdown services provider.
- Previous experience scheduling major planned and breakdown shuts would be advantageous.
- Previous exposure utilising the ASSIGNAR and or SPRINTSUITE application.
