The Prospect Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager, you'll take the lead in being hands on whilst supervising the delivery of civil projects across the Adelaide metro and regional SA.



This is a hands-on site-based role ideal for someone who thrives in the field and enjoys leading by example.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise crews (typically 3-5 people) and subcontractors
- Plan and schedule work in collaboration with the site-based engineers
- Track costs, quantities and progress against program
- Coordinate site resources, materials, and subcontractors
- Maintain safety standards and systems on site
- Operate machinery (when required) - including excavators (1.5T-30T), loaders, rollers, and backhoes

What You Need to Succeed:

- Proven experience supervising civil works: earthworks, trenching, pads, roads, pavements, etc.
- Plant/machinery tickets (e.g., excavator, loader, backhoe) and truck licence
- Health & Safety qualifications
- MUST BE Flexibility to work on short-term regional projects (accommodation provided)
- Hands-on leadership style and a proactive, team-first attitude
