Leasing Consultant | Casual

Select First Management is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our growing Property Management team based in Norwest. This opportunity is ideal for someone who already has some experience in the real estate industry and is looking to further develop their career within a supportive and progressive agency.

You will work closely alongside our experienced Property Managers and receive ongoing guidance and training to continue building your skills within the industry. As our business continues to expand, this role has been designed with a clear pathway for progression into a permanent part-time position, with the opportunity to transition to full-time employment for the right candidate.

A car allowance will also be provided.

Please note: Only applicants with a minimum of 6 months of real estate industry experience will be considered for this position.

About the Role

You will assist the Property Management team with a range of day-to-day leasing responsibilities, including:

- Conducting routine inspections
- Preparing lease documents and tenancy agreements
- Hosting open homes and private inspections
- Assisting with leasing administration and tenant enquiries

Essential Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months real estate industry experience




- Current Assistant Agent Certificate / Certificate of Registration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional personal presentation
- Honest, reliable and trustworthy
- Comfortable engaging with clients face-to-face and over the phone
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Good understanding of basic technology (emails, apps, inspection software)
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Availability to work Saturdays
