The Role: This is an office that thrives in a fun and friendly environment. With plenty of training and development, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Conducting open homes and private inspections
- Processing tenancy applications
- Handling enquiries from prospective tenants
- Scheduling the inspection run




- Issuing entry notices
- Managing enquiries
- Liaising with tenants
- Key management

The Candidate:

- 6-12 months Real Estate experience in a similar role
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration & Driver's License
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be energetic & have a can-do attitude!
