Your Next Adventure The primary role of a TAFE SA Lecturer is to provide a quality educational service of training, assessment, and guidance to students in accordance with relevant training package objectives. Lecturers may also be involved in the provision of consultancy services to industry/community clients.

This recruitment process will establish a talent pool for current and future Lecturer (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning) opportunities across TAFE SA. Applications may be considered for multiple vacancies and locations that arise during the life of the talent pool.

Got What It Takes?

- Industry Expertise: Minimum 5 years relevant experience in air conditioning and refrigeration and/or electrical industry
- Mandatory Trade Requirements: Relevant Certificate III and/or Certificate IV Trade qualifications and appropriate licenses
- Technical Knowledge: Current trade skills for residential and/or commercial Air-conditioning & Refrigeration. A demonstrated ability to deliver instructional skills and knowledge to a range of learners from fundamentals through to current industry practices specific to Residential and commercial Air-conditioning, Refrigeration, Refrigerant handling and licenses.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging apprenticeship training, build strong relationships with diverse learners, and adapt learning experiences to support individual needs, particularly those of young people.




- Completed or working towards completion of TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or later

What You Need to Know A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment. Please refer to the Role Description for all Special Conditions.
