We are seeking an experienced and capable Lube Technician to operate a company ute and travel between various sites, providing lubrication support to mechanical teams and mobile plants. The role will be responsible for conducting routine inspections, carrying out minor repairs where required, and ensuring all lubrication and greasing requirements are completed safely and efficiently.

We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Lube Tech for an 8:6 roster, commencing 24 September 2026, based at the Rio Tinto site in Paraburdoo for 3 swings.

Requirements & Skills needed

- Trade Certified (Preferred).
- Current valid drivers license.
- Experience working as a Lubrication Technician / Lube Service Technician in mining or heavy industry.
- Knowledge of fixed plant equipment lubrication requirements.
- Experience with oil sampling and contamination control practices.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures and hazard awareness.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote FIFO mining setting.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
