Description:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced LV Fitter to join the Mobile Maintenance team at our Woodie Woodie mine site, situated 407kms south - east of Port Hedland in the Pilbara.
Reporting to the Mobile Maintenance Supervisor, the successful applicants will be required to:
- Live the ConsMin Values - Leads by example everyday through actions, behaviours and decisions Including compliance with Consmin safety procedures, safe working practices and life- saving rules.
- Maintain company Light Vehicle fleet and auxiliary plant through repairs and routine maintenance in a safe and timely manner;
- Conducting workshop maintenance and maintaining high housekeeping standards in work areas.
Requirements to be successful in this role are:
- Cert III In Automotive Mechanical – Light Vehicle trade qualification;
- Minimum 4 years post trade experience in a similar role;
- Excellent organisational, communication skills and high attention to detail;
- Strong commitment to following health, safety and environment policies and procedures;
- Air Conditioning Ticket advantageous;
- Current National Police Clearance (No older than 6 months);
- Current C class drivers license essential.
