Ranger Drilling is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our Perth-based maintenance team, supporting a fleet of Diamond and RC drill rigs operating across remote sites throughout Western Australia.

This is a key role providing technical, planning and maintenance support to remote site teams, with a strong focus on equipment availability, reliability and safety.

About the Role

You will coordinate and support maintenance activities across our remote drilling operations, working closely with site-based maintenance and operational teams.

Key responsibilities include

- Coordinating planned maintenance and breakdown response across remote sites.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to site teams.
- Monitoring equipment reliability, availability and maintenance performance.
- Coordinating parts, component repairs, suppliers and contractors.
- Supporting major maintenance, rebuilds and equipment upgrades.
- Identifying recurring equipment issues and driving reliability improvements.
- Providing leadership,



coaching and support to site-based maintenance personnel.
- Ensuring maintenance activities are completed safely and to company and client standards.

About You We are looking for an experienced maintenance professional with:

- Previous experience in a Maintenance Supervisor or Senior Maintenance role.
- Experience within mining, drilling, heavy mobile equipment or a similar environment.
- Experience with Diamond and/or RC drill rigs highly regarded.
- Mechanical, Heavy Diesel, Electrical or similar trade qualification.
- Solid breakdown and preventative maintenance experience.
- Experience supporting remote/FIFO operations.
- Strong communication, planning and organisational skills.
- A proactive and practical approach to equipment reliability and problem solving.
