- Assisting with minor works and the preparation of vacant apartments for incoming residents
- Carrying out minor grounds and outdoor maintenance where required, alongside our contracted gardening services
- Assisting with furniture moves, deliveries and village event set-up when required
- Liaising with residents and staff in a friendly, respectful and professional manner
About you

- Good practical skills across a range of general maintenance tasks
- Experience confidently and safely using hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and practical common sense
- The ability to identify maintenance issues and know when specialist assistance is required
- The ability to work independently while also being a reliable member of a team
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing maintenance requests
