Clinical Environment

You will have access to a broad range of locum opportunities across metro, regional and rural NSW health settings.

Patient Demographic

Depending on the role and specialty, you may support a broad NSW patient mix, including adults, older patients, paediatric patients, emergency presentations, acute admissions, ward patients, surgical patients, maternity presentations, mental health presentations and patients requiring assessment, management planning, escalation or ongoing care.

Key Duties

Duties will vary depending on the role, level and specialty, but may include:

- Provide clinical cover across your allocated department or specialty
- Assess, review and manage patients within scope
- Support ward care, ED presentations, theatre lists, clinics or on-call requirements as required
- Complete clinical documentation, handover and management plans
- Escalate clinical concerns appropriately
- Work collaboratively with medical, nursing, allied health and hospital teams

Requirements

- Current AHPRA General or Specialist Registration




- Relevant recent hospital or specialty experience
- Australian working rights
- Willingness to complete NSW Health credentialing and compliance
- Current CV, references and compliance documents as required
