HR Director

An opportunity to join a highly successful, Luxury Retail business in a HR Director capacity. Partnering directly with Senior Leadership, you'll own the people strategy across Talent, Reward, Performance, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Engagement and Wellbeing.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced HR leader looking to take ownership of a broad people agenda within a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

The Role:

- Lead and execute the overall HR strategy, aligned to business growth and objectives.
- Drive workforce planning, succession, talent reviews and end-to-end recruitment strategy.
- Oversee remuneration, benefits, payroll, performance management and HR operations.
- Provide trusted advice across employee relations, industrial relations and Australian employment legislation.
- Lead engagement, D&I;, wellbeing, L&D; and organisational development initiatives.

Experience & Responsibilities:

- 10+ years' HR experience, with significant experience at Senior HR Manager, Head of HR or HR Director level.
- Strong generalist HR experience across Talent, ER, Reward,



Performance and L&D.;
- Proven experience leading and developing HR teams and partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations.
- Experience within Retail, Luxury, Premium, Consumer or multinational environments highly advantageous.
