We seek a Project Director, a Principal Stormwater Engineer - a client-facing, technically ept facilitator - someone who can bring these threads together, shape large and complex projects, guide clients - and the internal team - toward better outcomes.

What you'll be doing

- Leading stormwater, flood and IWM projects, with councils, with developers.
- Engaging with councils, developers,



authorities and other consultants to unpick complex challenges
- Leading the evolution of a water team by energy, example and conviction.

What you bring

- A technical foundation in water resources, flood modelling, stormwater, IWM, river science.
- A degree in civil or environmental engineering.
- The ability to communicate complexity with clarity.
- Local, private sector experience in Melbourne (10-25 years' experience is ideal).
