Senior Project Manager | Fitout & Building Services

Join a well-established national D&C; contractor delivering high-quality commercial fitout and building services projects.

This is a genuine senior delivery role, taking ownership of projects from pre-construction through to handover, with responsibility across programme, commercial performance, contracts, consultants, contractors and clients.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Leading commercial fitout and building services projects from tender to completion
- Managing project scope, programme, budget, variations and claims
- Coordinating consultants, contractors, suppliers and project teams
- Driving quality, safety and successful project outcomes
- Managing key client relationships and stakeholder expectations
- Mentoring and developing project team members
- Supporting tendering,



methodology development and future project opportunities

About you
You’re an experienced Building Project Manager with solid commercial and contractual acumen and the confidence to take ownership of complex projects.
You’ll bring 5+ years’ building project management experience, relevant tertiary qualifications and a solid understanding of construction delivery, safety and commercial processes.
